Effective August 2007, Pinnacle Atlantic City will only accept mail-in requests for redemption of chips, tokens, and slot vouchers issued by the Sands Casino Hotel, Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Please mail the items, along with a signed written request, a copy of a state issued photo ID, your mailing address and your phone number to:
